POLICY ON IMPARTIALITY


RIR Certification Private Limited' to operate its business in accordance with the guidance principles of impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality and responsiveness. “RIR Certification” reviews the safeguarding of impartiality as paramount in maintaining confidence in activities. “RIR CERTIFICATION” management has established and promoted an impartiality policy with associated objectives on which “RIR CERTIFICATION” service will be based and is committed to managing conflict of interest, in case there is any, and bring objectivity to the certification/ Inspection process.

“RIR CERTIFICATION” has established processes to identify, analyse, evaluate, treat, monitor, and document risks related to conflict of interests arising from provision of certification/ Inspection including any conflicts arising from its relationships on an ongoing basis. In case of threats to impartiality “RIR Certification” documents and demonstrates elimination or minimization of such threats and documents residual risk, if any this residual risk is then reviewed to determine if it is within the level of acceptable risk. The demonstration covers all potential threats that are identified, whether they arise from within the RIR Certification or from activities of other persons, bodies or organizations. Whenever a relationship poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality then certification will not be provided.

“RIR CERTIFICATION” top management is committed  to impartiality in carrying out its Management Certification/ inspection activities, managing conflicts of interest and ensuring the objectivity of its Certification/ inspection activities as per requirements of ISO 17021/ ISO 17020.  RIR Certification staff and other stakeholders are committed to understanding this policy, adhering to the principles and documented requirements, and maintaining ongoing competence.
